It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Arthur C Wiggins of Carbondale, Pennsylvania, born in Scranton, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 4, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Arthur C. and Marguerite Holt Wiggins Sr.; his daughter Deborah Wiggins; and his brother Joseph Wiggins. He is survived by : his children, Robert Wiggins of Carbondale, William Wiggins (Elizabeth) of Carbondale, James Wiggins (Laura) of Carbondale and Thomas Wiggins (Holly) of Carbondale. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
