He was predeceased by: his father Charles W. Ross, Jr.; and his brother Charles "Chip" Ross. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Wertman Tarlton of York, PA; his children, Justin Noel of Dallastown, PA, Briana Wertman of Waymart, PA and Austin Wertman of Nicholson, PA; and his close friends, Pete Kase, Todd Wagner and Rose McDonald Ransom O'Brien. He is also survived by three grandchildren; two aunts, an uncle and cousins.
