Carmella Kernoschak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmella Kernoschak (Carbondale, Pennsylvania), who passed away on September 15, 2020 at the age of 77. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Carmella Kernoschak to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nicholas Luparella and Rose Giglotti Luparella; her sisters, Phyllis Ruggiero, Antionette Cassaro, Mary Graziano, Palma Palmiero and Eleanor Sirianna; and her half-brother Dominick Luparella.
She is survived by: her husband Thomas M.; her sisters, Clara Marsico and Rose Carachilo; her children, Kim Zelna (Edwin) of Greenfield Twp, Thomas, Jr. (Kim) of Carbondale, PA and John (Amy); her grandchildren, Tara Corrigan (Ryan), Michael, Adam Zelna, Emma, Benjamin, Jacob Kernoschak and Kayla Demshock; and her great grandchild Rylee Corrigan. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
The family would like to extend their appreciation to Allied Hospice and in-home care services along with the caregivers that assisted throughout Carmella's battle with Alzheimer's, especially Judy Borosky and Deanna Bednash.
