He was predeceased by : his parents, Peter Rudalavage and Veronica Urbanovicz Rudalavage; his brothers, Kenneth, David and John Rudalavage; his parents-in-law, Anthony and Antionette Scoblick; and his sister-in-law Madolyn Dempsey.

He is survived by : his former life partner Irene Stash Rudalavage; his children, Attorney Mark Rudalavage (Susan), Jeff Rudalavage (Mary Pat), Alan Rudalavage (Lori), Conrad Rudalavage Jr., Mary Carol Hanis (Robert), Thomas Rudalavage (Michelle) and During; his wife Patricia Scoblick Rudalavage; his grandson Corey Rudalavage (Laurel); his children, Mara Loch (Jared), Ryan Rudalavage (Juliet), AJ Rudalavage (Alexis), Dylan Rudalavage (Bridget), Tyler Cicco (Amber), Alyssa Bartoli (Anthony), Katie Rudalavage, Carly Rudalavage and Paige Rudalavage; his brother Joseph (Judy); and his sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Rudalavage of Eynon and Elaine Wall. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
