Kohut; his daughters, Alyssa Berry (Len) of Mountville, PA, Mariah Runco (Rich) of Simpson, PA and Dana Hachan (Devin Smith) of Carbondale, PA; his grandchildren, Maggie and Blake Berry; his brother Richard Hachan (Ann) of Carbondale, PA; his nephews, Richard, Christopher Hachan, Gavin, Mason and Logan Morris; and his friend Glen.
