It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth M. Dowd (Carbondale, Pennsylvania), who passed away on April 3, 2018, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Alberta Barnes, Lorraine Dowd, Florence Dowd, Leo, Joseph, Daniel "Dean" and Walter Dowd.
She is survived by: her sisters, Marian Bartosh of Peckville and Helen Kingsley of Johnson City, N. Y..
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Rose Church, Carbondale in Elizabeth's name.
