He was predeceased by: his parent Edward Borosky; and his siblings, Mary Sweder, Edward "Jim", Anthony, Michael and Diane Boguski.
He is survived by: his wife Mary K. (Pender); his parent Mary Graytock Borosky; his children, John (Shelly), Mary Lynn Surace (Frank), Jerry (Gayle), Cari Burrell (Fred), Patty Asinski (Mark), Joe (Dawn) and Betsy Ciprich (Toby); his grandchildren, Amber, Michael, Laura, Jonathan, Jesse, Joshua, Emily, Jerry, Cory, Kyle and Cassidy; and his great grandchildren, Alexis, Sebastian, Xavier, Maxxim, Kaesen, Jamey, Nikki, Alicia, Brittaney, Sadie, Brittany, Zachary and Seth. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
