He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Woody and Frances "Fritz" Vadala Woody; and his children, Steven Woody and Sarah Frishko. He is survived by: his wife Naomi Muchal; his children, Joseph, Jr. (Sarah) of Forest City, PA, Jeremy (Melissa) of Scranton, PA and Melinda Newhart (Jared) of Moscow, PA; his stepdaughters, Renea Chapman and Dawn Emmett; and his brothers, Robert (Patty) of Visalia, CA and Jerry (Carolee) of Carbondale, PA. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
