It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Justin J. Poklemba (Carbondale, Pennsylvania), born in Throop, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 17, 2018, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Peter Barrett, Joseph Poklemba and Rose Poklemba. He is survived by: his parents, Andrew Poklemba and Darlene Dellia Poklemba; his children, Jayden Poklemba of Lake Ariel and Gabriella Poklemba of Lake Ariel; his sister Adrianne Poklemba of Carbondale; his grandmother Clara Montone of Carbondale; his nephew Carter Cisneros; and his brother-in-law Bob Cisneros. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
