Phillips (Carbondale, Pennsylvania), born in Archbald, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 13, 2019, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Collins and Gertrude Collins (McCloskey); and her sister Mary Lou Matoushek. She is survived by: her husband Garry Phillips; her daughters, Michele Simon (Christopher Olenick), Charlene Agnellini (Dana) and Ellen Ksiazek (Gregory); her stepsons, Bob Phillips (Jenny), Ken Phillips (Carolyn) and Doug Phillips (Solange); her grandchildren, Amanda Sileo, Louie Pambianco, Christian, Brandon, Chase Williams, Mason Green, Jimmy Rebernick, Jamie, Ryan Phillips, Elisabeth, Kaci Lyn Phillips, Gaia and Apollo Phillips; and her sisters, Sharon Plevyak, Daryle Collins and Margaret Michlowski (William).
