She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph A. Dombrosky; her parents, Willis Stevens and Lucy Veril Stevens; and her siblings, Clarence Stevens, Louise Jones and Mary Mizianty.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Dombrosky of Carbondale, PA, Lucille Lynady of Las Vegas, NV, Patricia Coyle (Robert Blake) of Carbondale, PA, Mary Bennett (Lynn) of Clifford, PA, Margaret Colosimo (Richard) of Carbondale, PA and Kim Marie Kilmer (David) of Clifford, PA; her sister Clara Burke of Carbondale, PA; her friend Tammy Schmidt; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Dombrosky of Carbondale, PA and Lynda Wargo of Johnson City, NY. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; seventeen great grandchildren; one great great grandchild.
