She was predeceased by: her parent Walter, Sr.; and her father-in-law Paul P. Locker, Sr.. She is survived by: her husband Paul P. Locker, Jr.; her parent Marie Annette Sexton Wagner; her sons, John Bilsky (Kristen) of Pleasant Mount, PA and Paul P. Locker, III; her wife Megan; her daughters, Jenn Bilsky of Union Dale, PA and Nicole Locker; her grandchildren, Kayla, Derek, Greyson Locker, Bella Bilsky and John Bilsky; her brother Michael Wagner (Vicki) of Greenfield Township, PA; and her mother-in-law Marlene Locker of Scranton, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
