She was predeceased by: her brothers, Anthony, Ralph, Louis and Joseph Sirianni. She is survived by: her husband John Kostiak; her pets, Mateao and Mimi; her granddaughter Mary; her children, Lorraine Ondrako (Richard), Rosann Fields (N. Y.) and Stephen Kostiak (Julie); her grandchildren, Emma Kostiak, Stephen Kostiak Jr. and Lily Rose Fields; and her siblings, Kathryn Mascaro and Eugene Sirianni. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
