He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Kaczmarcik and Rose Bonacci Kaczmarcik; and his brother-in-law Leon Striefsky. He is survived by: his wife Marcella A. Ziemba Kaczmarcik; his daughter Rose Anna Kaczmarcik (Will Kunkle) of Wynnewood, PA; his grandsons, Leo and Clark Kunkle; his sister Kathleen Striefsky of Carbondale, PA; his aunt Lucille Bonacci of Baltimore, MD; and his brother-in-law Thomas "Butch" Ziemba (Ann Marie) of Orlando, FL. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Dr. Kaczmarcik's name were made to a charity or organization of the donor's choice.
