He is survived by: his wife Rose Luparella; his children, Mary Ann Castelli (Bruce) of Archbald, PA, Patricia Rossi (Wayne) of Dover, DE, Paula Krehel (Jack) of Ambler, PA, Jacqueline Forgione (Rey) of Exton, PA, Robert Carachilo (Erika) of Glenside, PA and Eugene Carachilo (Michele) of Lake Ariel, PA; his grandchildren, Amber, Lindsey Krehel, Erica, Johnathon, Maria, Dominic Forgione, Isaac, Abigail, Mary Anne, Krista and Eva Carachilo; his stepgrandchildren, Gregory Castelli (Margaret) and Lauren Castelli; his stepgreat-grandchildren, Evelyn and Louisa; and his siblings, Sadie Tomcykowski of Greenfield Township, PA, Carmino Carachilo of Mayfield, PA, Thomas of Carbondale, PA and George Carachilo of Carbondale, PA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions were made to Sacred Hearts Parish, 622 Madison Avenue, Jermyn, PA 18433.
