Kosak Jr. (Carbondale, Pennsylvania), born in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 1, 2021, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Ruth; his children, Walter Kosak III and Katrina Matthews; his sisters, Kathy Austin, Heather Balman, Lisa Pettillo and Kimmy Shemanski; his father Walter Kosak Sr.; and also Liam Contreras. He was also cherished by many cousins, nieces and nephews, including a large extended family.
