He was predeceased by: his parent William F. Moran; and his grandson Bill Moran IV. He is survived by: his parent Mary Norton Moran; his children, Laurie J. Houston (Greg) and William Moran; his granddaughter Jessica Moran; his siblings, Mary Aubel of Vero Beach, Patricia Saikowski (John) of Springfield and John Moran (Kathryn Mary); and his significant other Anita Bradley. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
