She was predeceased by: her father Clyde James. She is survived by: her mother Rhuby Hartzell (Vanasdelan); her husband Richard of Carlisle; her sons, Doug Neff of Frederick, MD, Dru Neff (Sue Matthews Mt), Devin Neff Carlisle (Terri) and David Neff; her stepchildren, Bryan Weary (Beth), Timothy (Ali) of Newville, PA and Jessie Weary (Shelly); her sister Nancy Dumont; and her sisters-in-law, Marjorie Todd (Bill), Jody Hartzell, Lynn and Polly Weary. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
