He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Werner and Ruby Werner (Hermany); his children, Benjamin Werner and Lori Werner; and his sisters, Bonnie Steely and Sylvia Tobias.
He is survived by: his son-in-law Pete; his wife Nancy E. Werner (Wise); his daughter Heather Castle (Peter) of Carlisle; his sister Cindy Werner of Lebanon; and his grandson Cole Castle of Carlisle.
