He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee A. Hoover, Sr. and Esther Mae Hoover (Jones); and his brothers, Robert W. Hoover and Lee A. Hoover, Jr.. He is survived by: his sons, Donald Hoover Jr. of Carlisle and Dwayne Hoover of Carlisle; and his brother Garry E. Hoover of Carlisle. He is also survived by three grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
