He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert C. Miller and Mable M. Miller (Hunter); and his siblings, Everett Miller, Evelyn Billman and Ellen Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Bertha M. Miller (Minich); and his brothers, Herbert C. Miller, Jr. and Kenneth Miller. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Waggoners United Methodist Church, 1271 Longs Gap Rd., Carlisle, PA 17013.
