He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Swidler and Reva Swidler (Aronovich); and his brother Norman Swidler. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Swidler (Schimel) of Carlisle; his children, Terri Warshawsky (Bruce) of Harrisburg and Eric Swidler (Monica) of Carlisle; his stepdaughters, Erica Houser (Shawn) of Doylestown and Molly Knisely of Carlisle; his sister Linda Schwab of Boynton Beach, FL; his grandchildren, Jacob Warshawsky (Rachel), Rebecca Warshawsky, Daniel Warshawsky, Andrew Swidler, Dylan Knisely, Mickey Knisely and Samantha Knisely; and his great grandchild Benjamin Warshawsky.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 31st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chisuk Emuna Cemetery Chapel (55 N 34th St, Harrisburg, PA 17109).
