Helen C. Hockenberry Obituary
We are sad to announce that on June 3, 2023, at the age of 98, Helen C. Hockenberry of Carlisle, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Neidigh and Grace Neidigh (Bitner); her husbands, Melvin Farner and Frank Hockenberry; her children, George Farner (Andy) and Nancy Farner; her grandchildren, Kevin Farner, Scott Shenk, Kristina Enyart and Shannon Zarra; her sons-in-law, Ronald Lebo and Clair Knarr; and her siblings, Mabel Armolt, Edith Cressler, Edna Kuhn, Roy Neidigh, Fred Neidigh, Beulah Gutshall, Eugene Neidigh, Pearl Finkenbinder, Elva Wadel, Ray Neidigh and Gerald Neidigh.
She is survived by: her children, Shirley Farner Lebo Knarr and Terry Farner (Kristy); her daughter-in-law Janice Farner; and her grandchildren, Stacy Breon (Tony), Kelli Wolf (Thom), Keith Knarr (Amy), Chad Knarr (Michael), Stephanie Jones (Alan), Sheila Fox and Brent Farner. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and eight great great grandchildren.
