She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy Levan and Florence Zeigler Loy; her husband William P. Fickes; her son William P. Fickes II; and her siblings, Eleanor Rohne, Dorothy Ryder, Amy Mowery, Harold Loy, Richard Loy and Walter Loy.

She is survived by: her children, Joy Lin Lebo (Dennis), Robert Loy Fickes (Susan) and Todd Levan Fickes; and her brother Edgar Loy. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren.
