He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter J. Millar and Beulah Naomi Millar (Boose); and his brother William Wood Millar. He is survived by: his sons, Jeffrey "Jeff" Alan Millar (Jodi Diego) of Boiling Springs and Chris "Chrissy" Noel Millar (Wendy Harkins) of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Jason Millar, Brittany Millar and Noah Millar; his great grandchild Amelia Millar; and his brothers, James Millar (Glenda) of Abbottstown and Fred Millar of Orange, CA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
