With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John J. Zampelli Jr. of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 10, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Zampelli, Sr. and Helen Zampelli (Stripay); and his sister Sandra Stumph. He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Zampelli (Wertz); his children, Karen Shughart of Carlisle, Michael Zampelli (Kathy) of Hagerstown, Teri Punt (David) of Linglestown, Donald Zampelli (Robin) of Mechanicsburg, Pamela Hall (Donald) of Carlisle and Mark Zampelli (Raegan) of Carlisle; and his sister Mary Jo Berich (Richard) of Reedsville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
