He is survived by: his daughter Claire; the parent of his child Jocelyn McGinnis of Paris, France; his sister Cheryl; his niece Catherine (Sheridan) of Richmond, VA; his brother Gary McGinnis (Betty) of San Raphael, CA; his daughter Ginny of Burlingame, CA; his brother John McGinnis of San Raphael, CA; his cousins, Don Bonnett (Margie) and Mitchell Bonnett (Jo Ann); and also, Margie Anne of Timonium, MD and Bryan of Bloomfield Hills, MI..
