He was predeceased by: his parents, Clark Sheaffer and Elma Sheaffer (Shughart); and his son Kenneth Sheaffer Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Vonnie Sheaffer (Greegor); his children, Kaci Harvey (Matt) of Interior, SD and Scot Murray of Idaho Falls, ID; his grandchildren, Brandy Kammerer (Jed) of Wall, SD, Logan Bowers (Brenden) of Chardon, NE and Drew Sheaffer (Laci) of Arkansas; his brother C. Edgar Sheaffer of Annville; and his sister-in-law Cathie Zimmerman (Johnnie) of Carlisle. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
