Gephart (Lynda); his grandsons, Corey Gephart of Mechanicsburg and Ryan Gephart of Washington, DC; his great grandchild Kristine E. Betts (Darryl); his grandchildren, Levi Potteiger and Jessica Schlotzhauer (Justin); and his great grandchildren, Aiden of Carlisle and Cody Schlotzhauer of Carlisle.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Chapel Pointe Henry Chapel, 770 S. Hanover St., Carlisle.
