He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Benjamin Hartman, Jr. and Leona Mae Hartman (Naugle); and his sister Evelyn Downin. He is survived by: his wife Joyce L. Hartman (Naugle); his children, Justine L. Hartman of Carlisle and Larry W. Hartman, Jr. (Trisha) of Shermans Dale, PA; and his siblings, Barbara Shockey of Waynesboro, Wilbur Hartman (Pam) of Warfordsburg, PA and Charles B. Hartman, III (Angie) of Waynesboro. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
