She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew J. Klimek and Margaret B. Klimek (Sabo); her brother Andrew Donald Klimek; her children, Margaret Cartwright (Rick) of Anchorage, AK, Patricia Mansberger (Jim) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Kevin Hayes (June) of Carlisle, PA and Thomas Hayes (Sharon) of Boiling Springs, PA.; and her husband Thomas M. Hayes. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Saint Patrick's Catholic Church, Carlisle, PA or the Humane Society.
