She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Williams and Mary Ida Williams (Chevier); and her spouse Thomas J. Cotter. She is survived by: her children, Karen Baker (William) of Carlisle, Constance Greenlee (William) of Norristown and Kevin Cotter (Louann) of Virginia. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren and twenty-four great-grandchildren.
