She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert S. Neal, Sr. and Ida Mae Neal (Johnson); and her brother Robert E. Neal, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Tammy Willhide of Newville and Brian Baumgardt of York; and her brother Raymond Neal of Newville. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren.
