He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lawrence Strickler and Nellie Strickler; his wife Patricia Wise Strickler; his sons, Thomas L. Strickler (Linda) of Newburyport, Massachusetts and Douglas E. Strickler (Laura) of Atlanta, Georgia; and his sister Doris Strickler Herr. He was also cherished by three granddaughters.
