She was predeceased by: her parents, Claire George and Ruth Edna Westhafer (McCartney); her husband Richard Eugene Sipe; and her siblings, Vance, Elwood, Claire Westhafer and Pearl Walters.
She is survived by: her sons, Barry Sipe (Cheryl) of Carlisle and Richard Eugene Sipe II (Michele) of Gardners. She is also survived by four grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren.
