Kuntz (Mineo) of Carlisle; her daughters, Myanna Kuntz-Green of Carlisle and Cierra P. Zawada of Carlisle; her siblings, Jeremy M. Kuntz (Morgan) of Carlisle and Jessica M. Clayton of Carlisle; and her grandmothers, Carole A. Mineo of Carlisle and Carol Kuntz-Wallick of Carlisle. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
