It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald F. Rogers of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, born in Oscoda, Michigan, who passed away on December 23, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Rogers and Yolanda Rogers (Marino). He is survived by: his siblings, Judy A. Phillips of Fairfax Station, VA, Richard A. Rogers of Annapolis and Robert N. Rogers of Cardiff. He is also survived by several niece, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews.
