He was predeceased by: his parents, John Horn and Mary Horn-Landman (Kreitzer); and his siblings, John, Charles, Donald, Marylin, Mary and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife June L. Horn (Goodyear) of Carlisle; his children, Rhondia Brown (Dave) of Mt. Holly Springs and Autumn Clifton (Jay) of Baltimore, Maryland; his grandchildren, Allie, Jack Clifton and Samantha Ehrhart; and his sister Joanne McNew (Robert).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to his church or South Mountain American Legion, Post 674.
