She was predeceased by: her adoptive parents, Rush W. and Nellie B. (Pentz); and her siblings, Mabel and William. She is survived by: her daughter Connie Shultz (Patterson); her son-in-law Thomas Shultz of Boiling Springs; and her grandson Timothy Shultz of Carlisle.
