He was predeceased by: his father Kevin Costigan. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Costigan of New Jersey; his children, Vincent P. Costigan II (Lisa) of Hawaii, Craig Costigan (Dani) of Carlisle, Heather Costigan (Andy Garman) of Halifax, James Madonna (Dee) of Las Vegas and Daniel Costigan of Las Vegas; and his siblings, Peggy Eichorn (Arthur "Bud") of New York and Kevin Costigan (Teresa) of New York. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
