He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde E. Weibley and Doris Weibley (Ankabrandt); and his sister Linda R. Monroe. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul E. Weibley (Sandy) of Carlisle and Lois Fanus (Jack) of Mt. Holly Springs; and his daughter Brittany Nicole D. Cruz of Boston, Mass.. He is also survived by one granddaughter and several nieces and nephews.
