He was predeceased by: his wife Suzanne Mahoney; and his parents, Robert Mahoney and Nancy Mahoney. He is survived by: his children, Shannon VanKirk (Eric), Kelly Klink and Jason Mahoney; his grandchildren, Arya, Ava, Athena, Adalynn, Addy and Alyvia; and his siblings, Keith Mahoney (Caroline), Brian Mahoney (Andrea), Mary Kay Erjavec (Chuck) and Susan Kozlina (George). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
