We are sad to announce that on June 27, 2020, at the age of 93, Rosinia Dugan of Carnegie, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Dugan; her siblings, Joseph, Frank and Joanne; and her parent Italian.
She is survived by: her children, William Francis (Sandy) of Finleyville, Timothy Peter of Connellsville, Brian Caligiuri (Christine) of Bethel Park and Meghan Candida of Roseburg; her grandchildren, Isabella Rosina and Mason James William of Roseburg, Oregon; and her sister Mary Kriston of Finleyville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
