Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Susan Rose Hileman of Carroll Valley, Pennsylvania, who passed away at the age of 52, on May 6, 2025. Though Susan Rose may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Susan Rose touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her father Charles "Sam" Rose. She is survived by: her mother Joyce Weston Rose of Fairfield, PA.; her husband Richard L. Hileman II; her siblings, Sam Rose (Aurita) of Waynesboro, PA and Beth Rose Swankler of Mont Alto, PA; and her pets, Shaggy and Shelby. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Monahan Funeral Home (125 Carlisle St, Gettysburg, PA 17325). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
