With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Violet Marie Connelly of Carroll Valley, Pennsylvania, born in Olney, Maryland, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 2, 2024 at the age of 66. She was predeceased by: her mother Barbara Ann Davis Allen; and her sisters, Marsha Balderson and Robin Standclift. She is survived by: her son Randy Lee Carter, Jr.; and her siblings, Betty Doyle (Tim) of Hagerstown, Ralph Allen, Jr. (Shelia) of Smithsburg, James Allen (Lori Ann) of Union Bridge and William Allen.
