He was predeceased by: his parents, John Brumbaugh and Alberta Brumbaugh (McNerlin) of Cassville; his wife Linda; and his brother John Brumbaugh (Mapleton). He is survived by: his children, Wayne Brumbaugh (Carole) of Midlothian, VA and Lisa Horner (Les); his grandson Richard Brumbaugh of Hampton, VA; his daughters, Hannah Brumbaugh of Midlothian, VA and Rebekah Horner; and his siblings, William O. Brumbaugh and Betty Baker (Judy Hooper).
