He was predeceased by: his parents, James Homer and Mary Irene Lyons (Long); his former wife Dorothy Lyons; and his son Greg Mitchell. He is survived by: his former wife Dorothy May Sipes; his wife Linda R. Lyons (White) of Castanea; his children, Steven Lyons (Tina) of Zion, Marlene Major, Jr. (William) of Castanea and Brenda Fenstamaker of Lock Haven; his siblings, Molly Ruth Kern (Lyons) of Mifflintown, Clara Mae Nilson (Lyons) of Pittsburgh and Harold Leroy Lyons of Milesburg; and his brothers-in-law, Harold of Snow Show and David Sipes of Snow Show. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions in Moose's name may be made to the funeral home to offset final expenses.
