He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Harter, Sr. and Rebecca Harter (Winslow); and his sister Gertrude Gettig. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles H. Harter, Jr. of Mill Hall and Beverly Tibbens of Marquette.
