She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph P. Renz; her daughter Diane; and her parents, Valentine Stumpf and Mary Ellen Stumpf. She is survived by: her children, Linda Gitt (Michael), Carol Flanigan (Robert), Joseph Renz, Jr. (Linda), Mary Kay Gianoutsos (James), Suzanne Makrinos (John) and Stephen Renz (Julie); her grandchildren, Kirsten Gitt (Laura McNay), Kimberly Gitt (Mike Tipul), Matthew Gitt (Mandy), Robert Flanigan, Jr. (Mindy), Kevin Flanigan (April), Brianne Ricke (Andy), Stasi Niederberger (Matt), Eric Renz, Nicholas Gianoutsos, Daniel Gianoutsos (Dasya), Jamie Gianoutsos-Jordan (Jessy), Christopher Makrinos, Nicole Reyna (Roberto), Stephen Makrinos (Sara), Daniel Makrinos (Michelle), Anthony Makrinos (Jenn), Jonathan Makrinos (Laureen), Julianna Butler (Deon), Luke Makrinos (Rachael), Denée Polosky (David), Christine McCloskey (Clay) and Nathan Renz (Katie); and her child Laverne of Winifred's Church. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Peters Township Funeral Home (2828 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Anne Church (400 Hoodridge Dr, Pittsburgh, PA 15234). A burial will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Queen of Heaven Cemetery (2900 Washington Rd, Canonsburg, PA 15317).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a Veterans charity of choice.
