Ryta Sciullo Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ryta Sciullo (Castle Shannon, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 14, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Apolonia Falenski Pluciennik and Leopold Pluciennik; and her siblings, Clement, Edward Pluciennik, Eugenia Pluciennik, Helene Richey and Melania Keck.
She is survived by: her children, Gina Siudyla (late Kenneth) of Castle Shannon, Lisa Sciullo Goodyear (Daniel) of Mt. Lebanon, Maria Sciullo Kaufman (Stephen) and Samuel Sciullo, Jr. of Castle Shannon; and her grandchildren, Andrew Goodyear, Michelle, Addyson, Ryta Goodyear, Kyle Goodyear, Beatrice Goodyear, Alexandra Kaufman and Ellen Kaufman. She is also survived by her husband of 66 years, his parents, her sisters, nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the American Civil Liberties Union -- the rights of all Americans, particularly immigrants, were important to Mr. and Mrs. Sciullo.
